MP - Mixed Polymer Separation
Separation of two or more polymers to provide one or potentially more valued polymers at a known purity. Such as separating PVC from ABS, Acetal & PP from HIPS, ABS from HIPS, or, PP from PE - to name a very few. Color does not usually matter.
PC - Plastic Color Separation
Contaminant removal based upon relative color values delivering polymers free of the unwanted colors, such as removing a black concentrate from a natural plastic. Polymer may or may not be compatible or of the same type.
MS - Metal Separation
From simple metal removals to highly stringent metal separations where a guarantee is required to have the product metal-free without substantial losses that would otherwise occur by using simple metal detection devices. It does not matter whether the metal is magnetic or not.
CR - Contaminant Removal
Contaminants such as rocks, dirt, unwanted polymers, metal and debris is removed.
PP - Plastic Part & Assembly Recovery
Taking large forms or parts with or without metal and/or incompatible polymers and shred, granulate and recover clean contaminant free plastic to a known purity level suitable for manufacturing, sale or reuse.
